Late to it but 101 > 68 Just bad luck the 3 weeks betting against Bruno he’s hauled. Tavernier not taking pens hurts as well - he’s a fine pick now but not essential. Enzo still has great underlying data so will likely keep on a 32 WC.

My top 5 xPTS this week: 1. Bruno 5.97 2. Gordon 5.50 3. Wilson 5.38 4. Tavernier 5.34 5. Thiaw 5.03 I think the gap is a little too large to not captain Bruno but really want a punt. Will be bringing in Gordon for Rice this week.

@ReversedaDingo Honestly, rate it. He’s probably next best to be guaranteed a double outside of Arsenal/City (unless Chelsea really mess it up). Haven’t really given him too much analysis though, Rodon gives great rotation as well for you on the Newcastle away fixture. Could be the better pick.

65 > 101 Pure cope but Tavernier outperformed Bruno this week on underlying data. Just unlucky. 3 weeks running where had I just stuck to my data and put Bruno captain/VC I would’ve seen green arrows. Bruno is 1st on xPTS this week but sunken cost is hitting me hard on Tav.

@ReversedaDingo O’Reilly is a bit awkward to get rid of imo given the potential doubles but if youre wanting to keep Salah and uncertain about him starting id do it and just put Rodon on the bench. I personally need a timber replacement and he’s my go though.

@ThexGMerchant Yeah was just going to do O’Reilly to Thiaw tbh for this week but do i need to? Just in case Salah doesn’t play at least i got bench cover and Palmer was going to be my replacement for Salah. Since i got 5FTs may aswell use one

@ReversedaDingo Looks quite good, depends on Salah news mostly - has a feeling he doesn’t start. I think Chelsea almost definitely doubles so Enzo or Palmer look solid replacements if thats the case. I’d only be transferring players in with doubles and hold as many FTs as possible.

@ReversedaDingo Missed it but I would’ve rolled with this with no WC. Only player I would’ve considered removing for him is Semenyo but the saved TF is better imo.

I’m fairly locked in on Tav 🧢 He comes in as 5th best captaincy choice from my model: xPTS 1. Salah: 6.55 2. Bruno: 6.00 3. Haaland: 5.85 4. Gabriel: 5.82 5. Tav: 5.78 From an EO POV I think this is worth the risk. If I bring in Salah this week, this may change.

@danielb7521 A touch under 80, he was only just behind but I think I slightly underestimated his normal NPxG at around 0.44npxg. The problem is it’s also really hard to predict given all spurs injuries - I brought him in this week though for it.

55 > 65 Honestly hated this week more than last despite it being better on paper. We go next, may captain Tavernier out of anger.

If Tavernier continues playing on the left or the right, the underlying data would put hims as the 3rd best midfielder asset in the game. Roughly 0.34npxG, 0.2xA and on pens. Already mentioned prior to his injury but he’s still essential while he’s healthy imo.

GW 29 🔒 Haaland 🧢 Starting 55 🌏 Differentials: Enzo Tavernier Timber Kelleher Benched Senesi and Tavernier hits 1.5npxG without a return It’s already a shocking week.

@ReversedaDingo I would definitely start O’Reilly, he seems fit but Andersen seems safer (don’t fancy him for DC this week). I’d probably also start Wilson over Andersen. I would even be tempted to go Rodon over Gordon due to fixture congestion. Bench is always going to look very strong though

Awaiting on news in the morning, currently captaincy is on Bruno. If Haaland is out - I’ll get Salah and captain him along with Ekitike (for Rice as well). Probably going downhill from here but at least for one day I was the #1 CP fan. Current team as it stands.

@MaxEffortFPL I’d roll in that case and likely captain him. If Rice is confirmed in I’ll keep, if he’s confirmed out I’m a bit lost. It’s probably Rice + Guiu for Dango + Ekitike but I don’t love it.
