Create a system where your only job is to find the deals Then you send them to your Hard Money Lender they fund them Then you send them to your contractor to fix them Then you send them to your property manager to rent them out Once they’re rented out and stabilized, send them to your long-term lender and get all/most your money back out and do it again Rinse and repeat as many times as you want

uh i think traveling is a bit too easy these days, we need to add back some friction somehow. ppl are casually doing 97 countries by the time they are like 25.

@ThinkAppraiser I could teach you how to use trust income to get a normal conventional rate in place of a higher bank statement rate. Sadly, funding it to receive said income is all you.

The gas price situation is on the edge of "financial disaster" territory for millions of Americans, but everyone is awkwardly averting their eyes and avoiding talking about it. How long does that last?

If I were a big X influencer with tens of thousands of followers, I would look for new accounts on X and repost a lot of their posts. I wonder if really big accounts understand the wonderful impact they can have on a new account trying to find their way on X.

On Zillow the home I rent is worth $580k. My Landlord just generously offered not even to list it but just sell it to me for $750k. The delusion is real with that one.
