@bioware I placed an order on the 28th of March and it still hasn’t shipped yet. Customer Support is useless and I’ve had to resort to opening a dispute via paypal. Now I need to wait another 2 weeks to get my money back. I would be surprised if the store opens again at all.

@bioware I tried placing an order online, got an error code, tried again same thing, then I get a notification that you guys charged me TWICE! So now I won't get the items and my bank is short 120 bucks. Still no response on the ticket
