You made a huge difference for me and my family—and I’m sure countless others. We left Meyers 850pm & made Folsom by 1115pm. Roads were snow covered to Placerville but it was smooth sailing at a steady 25mph🙏

Traffic has been released on Highway 50 but it’s still very slow going. Please be patient and stay on the highway. GPS guidance to take back roads may not be accurate and could even be dangerous. @ElDoradoSheriff @PlacerSheriff @NevCoSheriff

Triangle icons on QuickMap detail incidents @CHPPlacerville and @CHPSouthLake are responding to along the 50 corridor. Holds are at Point View, Sand Flat and Meyers. Traffic will be released after all vehicles are cleared off the highway. Still no ETO but making progress.
