Consider wildlife safety in your holiday decorating plans! Fake cobwebs, twinkle lights, and other hanging or dangling items can cause entanglement issues with wildlife such as birds, rodents, and deer.

While difficult, these restrictions exist because #oregon wants to prevent harm to our treasured bat populations. The bat did not make it, but we appreciate the homeowner's concern, compassion and interest in the bat's welfare and understanding why we couldn't rescue the animal.

This young big brown bat fell from its roost in a Sunriver homeowner's roof. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to intake bats right now due to #COVID19 restrictions. (1/3)
