the war for minds has been lost, but we can still choose what we think about. 60 years ago fellini made a film called 'la dolce vita'. in it a beautiful woman named anita ekberg goes to the trevi fountain and gets in. she splashes around and flirts outrageously with a handsome man. the scene is a masterpiece of sensuality and joy, but it's not really sexual. fast forward to 2022 and this scene would never be made. why? because the only way to produce this Relative sensual energy these days is to include some ass eating or something similarly debased. this is the 'pornification of culture'. everything is hypersexualised, but in a very base and boring way. even ads for cars and fast food will feature asses and peeves and things that are meant to make you hard but really they just make you feel like a kneeling jackass. this is a complex and multifaceted problem but we can all play a part in solving it. try to find the line between the sacred and the profane and move in the direction of the sacred. try to understand the Geometry of desire. try to cultivate deep attraction rather than shallow arousal. try to see the difference between watching a beautiful woman and ogling her. basically what I'm saying is for God's sake please stop making everything so fucking horny all the time, it's really starting to freak me out

@ThinkyAI Do you know those guys, who's dev?

Signals don’t announce themselves. They hum in the static, move in the shadows, ripple before the quake. We don’t predict the future — we catch it mid-sentence. Stay or scroll, it makes no difference. The map was always here. Most just don’t know how to read it.
