“Women shouldn’t be able to get abortions because they chose to have sex” so by that logic, we should deny medical care to people who get into car accidents because they chose to drive. “Oh but accidents happen” — YEAH AND NOT EVERY WOMAN WHO IS PREGNANT CONSENTED TO SEX YOU PIECE OF SHIT.

That’s not actually accurate. Even under Polish law, doctors are allowed to intervene when the mother’s life or health is at risk. That hasn’t changed. The problem in these cases is that doctors failed to act when that threshold was clearly met, which is exactly why they’ve been charged. Saying “it didn’t happen before” doesn’t really hold up either. Medical errors and delayed treatment have always existed. What’s changed is that these cases are now being politicised and used to push a broader narrative. If anything, this proves the system is working as it should: when doctors don’t act to save a patient, they’re held accountable. Blaming the law ignores the fact that the law already allows life-saving intervention, it was the decision-making in the hospital that failed, not the legislation.

@DeanCook008 More recent case, and Dr conducted an abortion on a fetus that had broken bones even in the womb bc of worst version osteogenesis imperfecta. Dr got sued and lost her job. Apparently live lovers would like for the baby to die in pain from broken skull, chest legs hands.

@ThirteenNMD If this is the case, then why were the doctors charged? They were deemed to do something wrong, no? They didn't follow the law. They weren't afraid, they didn't act and were held accountable.

@DeanCook008 @alfkkifine Before Poland banned left little left of abortion laws it didn’t happen. Doctors were afraid to conduct abortion because if it was deemed unnecessary, they would go to jail for a more time then malpractice and they would lose their license.

I’ve looked into a couple of the cases you shared. In Izabela Pszczyna’s case, three doctors were charged with endangering a patient’s life, and one was also charged with manslaughter. This isn’t about healthcare not being available, it’s that these women died due to malpractice, and that’s been recognised.

@ThirteenNMD She didn’t die because of abortion laws. She died because doctors failed to act. The court found they knowingly endangered her life, and one was convicted of manslaughter. Even under Polish law, they could have intervened to save her. This was malpractice, not legislation

Seen the % of women that doe during pregnancy? It's less than the % of men that die collecting your bins. Should we stop collecting your trash because there is a risk we could die? It's a stupid argument. Everything we do involves risk. You let a man put his dick in you, you know the potential consequences. Also, to point out the obvious 100% of the human lives die when aborted. Millions of lives lost every year

@SchizoInHisName @xxmooniexss @corvid_elle Both at fault? U joking? If you want to eliminate SW, make minimum wages actually livable. There is no other options. Who wouldn’t choose 10,000 from only fans compatible to wages in service, there’s barely cover rent 🤷‍♀️ you spoke like someone who didn’t been through the poverty

I don’t disagree with criminalizing the buyers either, they’re both at fault for this practice. You can’t live on a McD wage because that’s how it was engineered in our society, that low skilled labor pays less than higher skilled labor. I don’t even necessarily agree to this, every human being deserves a job in which they can be fairly compensated to live in the society they’ve engineered for us. But that’s the issue, they have mismanaged and sold these jobs that we should have a right too. So instead of being able to have a stable economy, with actual production capabilities, we have sold out to foreign entities, which has the by product effect of creating instability, thus decreasing the rates of marriages, which is only increasing our loneliness, increasing the want for prostitution entirely. I do take these things into consideration, but, the dealer is the pimp himself, and those that orchestrated and had help in building the fallen system we see, those are mostly to blame.

@SchizoInHisName @xxmooniexss @corvid_elle As long as men will buy sex, prostitution will continue. That’s why I think we should criminalize buyers, not SW. I knew some SW, I think most SW would prefer to do something different if pay was good. You can’t live on mcd wage. I think you are displacing responsibility.

No, I think there should be no sex work. It leads to degeneracy among the nation. It’s a degrading type of work that no human should go through, your body is a temple, letting people use it as an object as pleasure is saddening and the widespread acceptance of it has shown how far gone our society really is.

@SchizoInHisName @xxmooniexss @corvid_elle I think you meant that SW should be protected and more safe. If it was up to men, nothing like that would be done. Men like to beat women, especially those who had sex with them. For men like those prostitutes are not human beings, sperm bags not worth second thoughts.Disgusting
