وقّعت الشركة العُمانية لدرفلة الألمنيوم (أوارك) - إحدى الشركات التابعة لمجموعة أوكيو - اتفاقية استثمارية مع شركة "ملتي بوند ميتال" لدعم توسعة خط إنتاج متقدم لطلاء وصناعة لفائف الألمنيوم في صحار وذلك بالتعاون مع مدينة صحار الصناعية، والمؤسسة العامة للمناطق الصناعية "مدائن"، والبرنامج الوطني لتنمية القطاع الخاص والتجارة الخارجية "نزدهر". وقد جرى التوقيع في سفارة سلطنة عُمان بنيودلهي ضمن الفعاليات الترويجية لقطاع الألمنيوم، في خطوة تعكس التعاون الوثيق مع الشركاء الوطنيين والمستثمرين الدوليين. وبموجب هذه الاتفاقية، سيتم ضخ استثمار بقيمة 4.5 مليون دولار أمريكي لمعالجة نحو 6 آلاف طن سنويًا من منتجات (أوارك)، مع تركيز كبير على أسواق التصدير. ويُعد هذا المشروع، القائم على استثمار أجنبي مباشر بنسبة 100%، داعمًا لجهود عُمان في تعزيز الصناعات التحويلية وتعظيم الاستفادة من المواد الخام المنتجة محليًا، بما يسهم في تحقيق نمو اقتصادي مستدام. Oman Aluminium Rolling Company (#OARC), a subsidiary of OQ, has signed an investment agreement with Multibond Metal to support the expansion of an advanced coil coating and lamination line in Suhar, in collaboration with Suhar Industrial City, the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn) and the National Programme for Private Sector and Foreign Trade Development (Nazdaher). The agreement was signed at the Embassy of Oman in New Delhi during the Aluminium Roadshow, reflecting close collaboration with national partners and international investors. The USD 4.5 million investment will process around 6,000 tonnes per annum of OARC material, with a strong focus on export markets. As a 100% foreign direct investment project, it reinforces Oman’s drive to strengthen downstream industries, maximise the utilisation of locally produced raw materials and support sustainable economic growth. #ThisIsOQ

وقّعت أوكيو اتفاقية استثمارية مع شركة "أوروم لحلول البوليمر" لإنشاء مشروع صناعي جديد في منطقة فلج العوهي الصناعية بصحار، متخصصٍ في إنتاج مركبات البوليمر المختلفة ومركبات القولبة الدورانية. جرى التوقيع على هامش منتدى صحار للاستثمار؛ في خطوة تعزّز دور برنامج #لدائن بوصفه منصة وطنية لدعم وتطوير الصناعات التحويلية. وبتوقيع هذه الاتفاقية، يرتفع عدد الاتفاقيات الاستثمارية ضمن برنامج لدائن إلى 28 اتفاقية، بإجمالي استثمارات يتجاوز 220 مليون دولار أمريكي، حيث بدأت 9 شركات منها الإنتاج فعليًا بنهاية العام الماضي. وقد شهد عام 2025 توقيع 11 اتفاقية، في مؤشر واضح على الزخم المتواصل الذي يقوده البرنامج لتمكين التصنيع المحلي، واستقطاب الشراكات الإستراتيجية، وتسريع وتيرة النمو الصناعي في سلطنة عُمان. OQ has signed an investment agreement with Aurum Polymer Solutions to develop a new industrial project in the Al Awahi Industrial Area in Suhar, dedicated to the production of a range of polymer compounds and rotational moulding compounds. Signed on the sidelines of the Suhar Investment Forum, the agreement reinforces the role of the #Ladayn Polymer Programme as a national platform for advancing downstream industrial development. With this agreement, the total number of investment agreements under the Ladayn Programme rises to 28, representing investments exceeding USD 220 million. Nine of these companies commenced production by the end of last year. In 2025 alone, 11 agreements were signed, highlighting the programme’s strong momentum in enabling local manufacturing, attracting strategic partnerships, and accelerating industrial growth in Oman. #ThisIsOQ

Today, OQ marked the onboarding ceremony of the Graduate Development Programme Intake 2026, welcoming 130 graduates as the first cohort of a two-year programme delivered in partnership with the Ministry of Labour. This initiative supports the creation of 600 direct and indirect employment opportunities. We are proud to work alongside the Ministry of Labour following the partnership established in October 2025 to support national workforce priorities. Together, we aim to strengthen pathways to sustainable employment by equipping graduates with the skills, exposure and leadership engagement needed for the future of the energy sector. استضافت #أوكيو اليوم حفل انطلاق برنامج خريجي أوكيو لتطوير المهارات، ورحّبت بانضمام 130 خريجًا وخريجة كدفعة أولى في رحلة تطوير تمتد لعامين، تُنفذ بالشراكة مع وزارة العمل، والهادفة لتوفير 600 فرصة عمل مباشرة وغير مباشرة. ويأتي هذا البرنامج في إطار التعاون المستمر مع وزارة العمل، وتنفيذًا لاتفاقية الشراكة التي تم التوقيع عليها في أكتوبر العام الماضي لدعم أولويات التوظيف الوطنية وتعزيز مسارات التوظيف المستدام، من خلال تمكين الخريجين بالمهارات العملية، والخبرات الميدانية، وإتاحة فرص التفاعل القيادي التي تؤهلهم للمساهمة بفاعلية في مستقبل قطاع الطاقة. خالص التهاني للخريجين المنضمين للدفعة الأولى لبرنامج أوكيو لتطوير المهارات، ونتمنى لهم التوفيق في بداية رحلتهم المهنية مع أوكيو.

نُبارك توقيع اتفاقية التعاون بين شركة موارد توربين والجامعة الوطنية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا، والتي تمثل محطة مهمة في مسيرة توطين الكفاءات الوطنية في قطاع طاقة الرياح بسلطنة عُمان. تهدف هذه الاتفاقية إلى إطلاق برنامجٍ تدريبي متخصص ومقترن بالتشغيل لتأهيل نحو 321 خريجًا عُمانيًا في مجال تصنيع توربينات الرياح. تعزز هذه الشراكة، التي تأتي بالتكامل مع وزارة العمل وهيئة تنظيم الخدمات العامة، بناء قدرات وطنية ضمن سلسلة القيمة الفعلية للصناعة، وتجهيز الكوادر للعمل في مصنع توربينات الرياح الجاري إنشاؤه بالمنطقة الاقتصادية الخاصة بالدقم. We congratulate Mawarid Turbine and the National University of Science and Technology on their cooperation agreement, a significant step in building national talent for Oman’s wind energy sector. The agreement will launch a specialised, employment-linked training programme for 321 Omani graduates, equipping them for roles in wind turbine manufacturing. In coordination with the Ministry of Labour and the Authority for Public Services Regulation, this partnership supports local capabilities and talent for the new manufacturing plant in the Duqm Special Economic Zone. #ThisIsOQ

OQ and Kuwait Petroleum International signed today a Project Development Agreement on the sidelines of the Kuwait Oil and Gas Show (KOGS) 2026 for the Petrochemical Project in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm. Through this agreement، we are reaffirming our shared commitment to advancing a strategically significant project that supports regional integration across the downstream and petrochemicals sector and contributes to economic diversification in line with Oman Vision 2040. The project strengthens bilateral energy ties and leverages its strategic location in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm, advanced infrastructure, and competitive feedstock advantages, positioning Duqm as a global hub for value-added industries. #ThisIsOQ
