Just in case there are any academics left on twitter - I have a new paper! In it, I use research on the actor-audience relationship in improv to advance theories of social performance, particularly cultural pragmatics. doi.org/10.1057/s41290…

Statistics is one of my weaker subjects. Like, I can find measures of central tendency, I can make box and whisker plots, I can even do some hypothesis testing. But linear regression? That's where I draw the line.
