With Colosseum hackathon submissions in, there's nothing more we can do on that front.
But after spending the last months building @SyndicateGameHQ, more and more each day I think what we've done is unbelievably special.
The pitch most users have to make to normies to onboard their friends to a crypto game is: "download a wallet, fund it, sign these transactions, (usually) buy this NFT, now you can play." And then we wonder why crypto games struggle to take off.
This was exactly what I was desperate to avoid with The Syndicate.
So we took the opposite approach. When someone joins The Syndicate, a wallet is created for them in-game. They don't see it. They don't sign anything. They don't know they're onchain. All gas is paid by the treasury, and the free-to-play layer isn't NFTs at all; game state lives offchain, with merkle roots committed onchain so anything that matters (wins, ownership, payouts) can be proven trustlessly.
The first moment a player realises they're in a crypto game is when they win money based on how they've performed (yes, real money, USDC, not a farmed token). Or when they decide they want to buy packs and get routed through Moonpay to onramp. Crypto becomes a feature they opt into, rather than a wall blocking the entrance.
The consequence I care about most: anyone can invite anyone. No more "my friend would love this BUT..."
It feels like joining any other game.
I think this is what onchain consumer actually looks like. The chain is infrastructure. The user doesn't need to know it's there until knowing helps them.
Crypto rails ≠ crypto game.

Weeks earlier, on October 28, 2025, Kerry Welsh posted a casual photo of himself and Massie at Red Rock Canyon outside of Las Vegas, describing the Congressman as "my Sassie houseguest." It appears that not only is Cynthia West telling the truth about the South Africa trip, but Massie found it to be so romantic, he returned to South Africa for his honeymoon with a different woman just one year later. Welsh also attended Massie’s wedding and posted a video of himself at Massie’s wedding on Instagram. Immediately after returning from South Africa, Cynthia West appears to have started working for Massie's close friend, Rep. Respect to Ray Dalio, one of the few macro guys who actually understands the debt cycle.
HOWEVER
1. "Bitcoin does not have privacy". Right, so who is Satoshi?", since "it's all on chain." And, "How many txs on lightning yesterday" ?
2. "Quantum computing is a real risk". No, it's not. The chain will re-adjust. Plenty of time to do this.
3. "No central bank backing". Central Banks are not leading indicators.
4. "Small and controllable market". Bitcoin actually trades more than physical gold in terms of real 24/7 global activity.
5. "Behaves like a risk asset". It's the fastest growing asset class in history. No wonder it has vol.

I'm still bullish MegaETH longer term, price hasn't really changed anything about my conviction and it's funny that price is still above ICO while everyone is just complaining about it
The bull thesis for MegaETH has always been about creating a self sustaining economic ecosystem instead of one built like a typical L1
This doesn't happen overnight and it requires apps to actually do well as opposed to being able to say a chain is doing well because of X amount of validators
The economics in terms of USDm and the flywheel there still have a better chance to bring in holders revenue than any generalized chain I can think of today
I don't see why people are so fixated on price

Saudi Pro League. Al Nassr vs Al Hilal. How I see this game before kickoff. Cristiano Ronaldo could already win his first trophy in Saudi Arabia today after four seasons. But standing in front of Al Nassr is their direct rival, Al Hilal, the main team chasing them in the title race. A win today would cut the gap to only two points. There have also been a lot of discussions recently about controversial referee decisions and mistakes going in favor of both teams. I honestly would not be surprised if this match also ends with some drama. Personally, I do not think today will become the championship celebration for Al Nassr.
