وقّعت أوكيو للطاقة البديلة ضمن ائتلاف يضم شركة كهرباء فرنسا للطاقة المتجددة والشركة الوطنية العمانية للهندسة والاستثمار اتفاقية شراء الطاقة لمشروع الكامل للطاقة الشمسية بقدرة 500 ميجاواط، بالتعاون مع شركة نماء لشراء الطاقة والمياه في خطوة جديدة تعزز محفظة سلطنة عُمان من مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة. ويأتي هذا الاتفاق امتدادًا لمحفظة متنامية من مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية وطاقة الرياح وتخزين الطاقة، ويجسد دور أوكيو للطاقة البديلة في دفع مسيرة تحول الطاقة في سلطنة عُمان من خلال مشاريع عملية تعزز أمن الطاقة، وتلبي الطلب المتنامي على الكهرباء، وتسهم في دعم التنويع الاقتصادي على المدى الطويل. وتواصل أوكيو للطاقة البديلة التزامها بتنفيذ مشاريع تدعم مستهدفات رؤية عُمان 2040 وطموحات الحياد الصفري. OQ Alternative Energy, as part of as part of a consortium with EDF Power Solutions and ONEIC, has signed a Power Purchase Agreement for the 500 MW Al Kamil Solar PV Independent Power Project (IPP), in collaboration with Nama Power and Water Procurement, marking another important step in expanding Oman’s renewable energy portfolio. Building on a growing portfolio of solar, wind and energy storage projects, this agreement reflects OQAE’s continued role in advancing Oman’s energy transition through practical renewable energy infrastructure that strengthens energy security, supports growing electricity demand and contributes to long-term economic diversification. OQAE remains committed to delivering projects that support Oman Vision 2040 and the country’s Net Zero ambitions. #ThisIsOQ

OQ and its partners, IFFCO and KRIBHCO, announced their intention to offer 25% of their shares in Oman India Fertiliser Company (#OMIFCO) through an initial public offering on the Muscat Stock Exchange.
