After a decade leading @AXA, I am honored and excited to begin a new four-year mandate! I begin this new chapter at a moment when AXA is in a strong position. In 2025, we delivered record results across all our business lines. This growth reflects the relevance of our strategy and the quality of our products and services, enabling us to meet our clients’ needs and earn new ones. I would like to thank the shareholders and the members of our Board of Directors once again for their continued trust, and their participation in this year’s Annual General Meeting, which is always an important time to maintain a close and valued relationship.

Les risques géopolitiques, climatiques, économiques s'accumulent, s'accélèrent et s’interconnectent. Comment les anticiper et s'y préparer ? C'est le défi central des entreprises aujourd'hui, et celui de leurs assureurs à leurs côtés. Hier sur @bfmbusiness, j'ai partagé un constat : nous sortons de décennies où nous pouvions prévoir l’avenir. Désormais, c’est l’imprévisibilité qui prime. Toutes les entreprises, des PME aux grandes multinationales, doivent s'y adapter. La première étape c’est de bien analyser et de bien comprendre le contexte dans lequel nous évoluons et les risques qui nous impactent : leur nature, leur probabilité, leurs conséquences. Notre rôle chez @AXA, en tant que premier assureur mondial des entreprises, c’est de leur proposer des solutions concrètes pour qu’elles continuent d’avancer. Y compris quand cela veut dire de les accompagner pour maintenir leur activité dans une région à haut risque. Mais aussi de les aider à faire face à l’augmentation des catastrophes climatiques. Au cœur de ces solutions, il y a la prévention : c'est ce qui permet d’éviter la crise, avant qu’elle n’arrive. Anticiper un risque coûte toujours moins cher que d'en subir les conséquences. 2025 was a historic year for @AXA $CS, with record results across all our activities. For the second year of our strategic plan “Unlock the Future”, all our indicators are on track, and our growth is profitable: ➡️Revenues up +6%. ➡️Underlying earnings per share up +8%, at the top end of our target range. ➡️Our Group’s financial stability is reaffirmed, with a 9-point increase of our Solvency II ratio, up to 224%. Je suis impatient de franchir à nouveau les portes de la cathédrale @notredameparis et d’admirer sa beauté restaurée. Dans seulement quelques mois, la cathédrale ouvrira ses portes au public. Mais avant, dans le cadre des Journées européennes du Patrimoine, nous souhaitions vous donner un aperçu de cette incroyable restauration. Ce succès rend hommage à l’excellence de l’artisanat français, qui a redonné vie à un savoir-faire ancestral, grâce au soutien de nombreux mécènes. Je suis très fier qu’@AXA ait contribué à la reconstruction de ce monument emblématique.

A l'école, les problèmes ne sont pas que les maths. Il y a aussi le harcèlement scolaire qui touche près de 3 enfants par classe en France. En cette rentrée, je ressens une très grande fierté, en tant que père et dirigeant d'@AXA, de voir notre Groupe prendre part à la mobilisation nationale contre le harcèlement scolaire.
