May 13 is the feast of Our Lady of Fatima—the same date in 1981 that Pope John Paul II was shot in St. Peter's Square. He later said he believed a 'motherly hand' deflected the bullet. The third secret of Fatima, revealed in 2000, foretold exactly that. dailysignal.com/2026/05/12/mir…

Michel-Yves Bolloré and Olivier Bonnassies have jointly penned "God, The Science, The Evidence", a collection of independent pieces of evidence for the scientific need for God. Thomas Griffin reviews the translated book stating their work could act as a "spark" to ignite faith.

"There seemed to be discoveries in science and theories of the laws of the universe that either contradicted a Biblical God or at least removed the need to rely on a God to know how the world works."

.@LeeStrobel —once an atheist, now a devout Christian and bestselling author of more than 40 books—is the executive producer of a new documentary called "The Story of Everything." The film traces scientific and mathematical evidence for God's existence — from the precise laws governing the stars to the spiral structure of DNA. Today, May 1, the Catholic Church celebrates the feast of St. Joseph the Worker—instituted by Pope Pius XII in 1955 as a direct response to communist celebrations of "International Workers' Day." Work is not a burden to be escaped. From a Christian perspective, it is a gift—a participation in God's own act of creation. dailysignal.com/2026/05/01/chr…

“Mark was a close friend and follower of St. Peter. It is traditionally believed that Mark’s account of Christ’s life, death, and resurrection is deeply informed by St. Peter’s own direct experience of events.” My latest for @DailySignal dailysignal.com/2026/04/25/sai…

You expired, Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for souls, and the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world. O Fount of Life, unfathomable Divine Mercy, envelop the whole world and empty yourself out upon us. (Diary of St. Faustina Kowalska, 1319)

HOLY SMOKES. Italian physicist Paolo Di Lazzaro spent five years trying to reproduce the body image seen on the Shroud of Turin—and couldn’t. Using intense UV light, his team was able to create small areas of discoloration on linen, but recreating the full image proved impossible with modern technology. According to biblical scholar Jeremiah Johnston, Di Lazzaro estimated the process would require an extraordinary burst of energy: "Paolo told me it would take 34,000 billion watts of energy traveling in one 40th of a billionth of a second to change the chemical makeup of a fine linen shroud to leave that image... 'We don't have that power on Earth.'" "There was a chemical change to the shroud that if it had lasted longer than one 40th of a billionth of a second, it would've scorched." This is incredible.

In terms of raw cinema The Passion of the Christ remains the most searing portrait of Christ’s passion and crucifixion ever filmed. Mel Gibson’s masterpiece, and Jim Caviezel’s otherworldly performance should have won all the awards. No matter… it is still winning souls. And yes, I’m watching it again this #GoodFriday
