Hackers leaked your social security number in 2024. Yours and 272 million others Everyone panicked about identity theft. Nobody noticed the leak came with a weapon attached That breach can wipe collections off your credit report in 4 business days It's called FCRA Section 605B and the bureaus pray you never learn it exists Here's the mechanism: When your identity is compromised, federal law gives you the right to BLOCK information on your report that resulted from it. A block is a completely different animal from a dispute A normal dispute under Section 611 gives the bureau 30 days to "investigate." They outsource this overseas and rubber stamp whatever the collector says A 605B block gives them 4 business days to remove the item. No investigation. No back and forth with the collector. The law says block it, so they block it The play: Step 1: Go to identitytheft .gov and file an FTC identity theft report. The National Public Data breach exposed 2.9 billion records. Your name, address history, and SSN are being sold in bundles for less than a Chipotle order. You have standing. Use it Step 2: Pull all 3 reports. Flag every account, collection, and inquiry you don't recognize as yours Step 3: Before you send anything, freeze the shadow bureaus. LexisNexis, Innovis, SageStream. These are the databases the big 3 quietly use to re-verify data. Frozen source, nothing to verify against Step 4: Send each bureau the 605B block request with your FTC report attached. Certified mail Step 5: Count to 4 business days "that sounds too easy" The bureaus built the dispute system to wear you the fuck down. 30 days per round, form letter responses, "verified as accurate" with zero explanation. They win by attrition 605B skips the entire maze. Congress wrote it after realizing bureaus kept re-reporting fraud victims' accounts over and over. The 4 day clock has teeth. Miss it and the bureau is liable The collectors spent years profiting off data they bought for pennies. Then a hacker sold the entire country's data for pennies and accidentally handed 272 million people the strongest deletion tool in the FCRA The breach was the bad news. This is the half nobody read (i fix credit in 30-90 days. link in bio)

I pay myself a salary from a company that runs on 100% borrowed money and the IRS considers it legitimate employment income My LLC took $200,000 from Chase, Amex, and Capital One at 0% interest. I am the sole employee of my LLC. My LLC pays me $6,500/month as a W-2 salary from the 0% credit card cash sitting in the business checking account I have a paystub. I have a W-2. I have employer-paid payroll taxes. I qualify for a mortgage. I qualify for an apartment. I have "employment" that a bank will verify when they call The business hasn't earned a dollar in revenue. The paychecks come from liquidated credit card money. The LLC borrowed it, and the LLC pays me from it. There is no law requiring the money in a business checking account to have been earned before it can be used for payroll How the structure works: Step 1: Form LLC. Get EIN. Open business checking Step 2: Stack $200,000 in 0% business credit cards Step 3: Liquidate $187,000 through Trykashu into business checking Step 4: Set up payroll through Gusto or ADP. Costs $40-$80/month. Takes 15 minutes Step 5: The LLC is the employer. You are the employee. Run payroll at $6,500/month ($78,000 annual salary). The LLC withholds federal income tax, Social Security, and Medicare from your paycheck and sends the withholdings to the IRS. You receive a net paycheck deposited into your personal checking account You now have: A job (your LLC employs you) A salary ($78,000/year) Pay stubs (generated by Gusto/ADP every pay period) Employment verification (Gusto responds to employment verification requests) A W-2 at year end (showing $78,000 in wages) Qualifying income for a mortgage, auto loan, or apartment "The money came from credit cards" The IRS doesn't care where the business got its money. The IRS cares that payroll taxes were properly withheld and remitted. If the LLC pays you $6,500 and sends $1,700 in payroll taxes to the IRS, the IRS is satisfied. The source of funds in the business checking account is not audited when payroll taxes are filed correctly "This can't be real" Every startup in America runs payroll from investor capital before the company earns revenue. A YC startup that raises $500,000 and pays its founders $80,000/year in salary is doing the exact same thing. The capital source is different (venture capital vs 0% credit) but the payroll mechanics are identical. Founder takes salary from company funded by outside money The mortgage hack: Most mortgage lenders require 2 years of employment history. But some lenders (especially non-QM and portfolio lenders) accept 12 months of bank statements showing regular deposits instead. Your LLC payroll creates regular biweekly deposits into your personal checking account. 12 months of paystubs + W-2 + bank statements showing deposits = qualifying income for a mortgage A client used this to qualify for a $280,000 mortgage on a duplex. His LLC had $140,000 in 0% credit cards funding the payroll. Gusto ran payroll biweekly at $3,200 net per check. After 8 months of paystubs, a non-QM lender qualified him at $78,000/year income. Approved. 6.8% rate. Closed on the duplex He rents both units. Combined rent: $2,400/month. Mortgage payment: $1,850/month. The tenants pay his mortgage. The credit cards funded his payroll. The payroll qualified him for the mortgage. The mortgage bought the duplex. The duplex pays the mortgage. The credit cards get paid from rental cash flow he built an employment history, a W-2, a mortgage, and a rental portfolio from a stack of credit cards that cost him $0 in interest. the IRS got their payroll taxes. the mortgage lender got their payments. and Chase still thinks he's buying office supplies lol link in bio if you want up to $250,000 at 0% APR (700+ score required). we structure everything from entity to payroll to deployment
