We received a notice that our annual payment would increase from about 14k to 72k. We are a not for profit that support adults with disabilities in the District of Columbia. We are concern about the degree of increase and the extortive tactics (quick turn around to sign and reducing services lead to an increase in proposed price). Please assist. We need an honest partner in this.

Sales rep sent us an email Wednesday asking asking us to sign 300% increase (come down from 500%) immediately or we may have service interruption. Please help. Sales tactics are aggressive and borderline unethical.
