Don't get me wrong, I like the humanoid boss fights, but as a final boss, it just kinda feels bland.

Bon article qui résume mon gros problème avec Requiem.
Là où Village reprend l’esprit des anciens en évoquant certaines similitudes, Requiem réutilise directement des éléments (trop) sans y apporter sa propre touche personnelle. Il ose rien, il manque de personnalité.

@hertaxclaire They are co-op action games, they appeal to a more casual audience, which is not necessarily attracted to single player games and especially not to horror games

@atlas_dbz Le B-tier j'aime bien quand même.
RE4, même si son gameplay est très satisfaisant, ce que je lui reproche c'est son manque d'énigmes, de level design interconnecté et sa trop grande linéarité.
C'est un très bon jeu d'action, mais c'est pas ce que je recherche dans un RE perso.

Imagine tu passes 5 ans sur un projet où tu y a mis toute ton énergie et puis t’as un gars random qui dit qu’on dirait de l’IA…
Et puis les commentaires de décérébrés qui sont juste là pour détester…

Love everything about it, how satisfying the gameplay is. How emotional the story is. How beautiful the art direction is. How iconic the characters are. It has some of the most memorable locations, with a wonderful setting and atmosphere.

It's fine actually, gameplay comes first, and I don't see how any of this would be interesting to play. The co-op games are the weakest of the series for a reason.
I get why the youtube watchers would complain though, less cutscenes and banter to see...
