@scotiabank 30+ years of being a customer and I hit my limit today.
Last year a large unauthorized transaction appeared on my credit card. Disputed it, closed the card. Never got my $$ but 🤷
A YEAR after closing my card I get a random charge on the CLOSED card.

Just cancelled a @scotiabank credit card. It only took:
2 phone calls, talking to 5 departments totalling ~1 hour.
In that time I was pitched credit increases, new credit cards, a line of credit, and reducing my credit limit instead of cancelling.
Maybe it's not the 🥑🍞?
