This is Thompson Hyatt in Palm Springs. Family reservation tonight. Room was supposed to be ready at 4 p.m. - which is already late for a hotel check in. Heading towards 6 p.m. now with no room ready. Basura. Unacceptable @thompsonhotels

Apparently, being a hotel guest doesn’t qualify me to sit in their half‑empty restaurant. Per the restaurant staff, I needed to make a reservation ahead of time. What’s up with this craziness @thompsonhotels?
