We ended last week on a high with a well-being workshop @CVKearney old workplace, @CPCS_Official It was so good to see once again how community crafting can nourish and benefit our wellbeing. #crafting #community #mentalhealth

Our monthly knitting group had such fun making little hats for ⁦⁦⁦@innocent⁩ with 25p going to AgeUK for every bottle sold. A great thing for our experienced & beginner knitters to do together. We’ll continue working knitting together #teamwork #community #knitting
