@WonderlandNews As a loyal returning customer, I’m extremely disappointed and angry with Canada’s Wonderland’s customer service. I renewed my family’s 2026 membership during the December 31st New Year’s sale and purchased six food plans for $197 plus tax. The website gave no clear indication these were for 2025 — I bought them in January 2026 specifically for this season. The park was closed until today, your grand opening, yet my plans are now showing as expired. I spoke to a manager who showed zero care and simply said it’s not their problem. This is unacceptable. $197 wasted for plans I haven’t even been able to use on day one of the 2026 season. I expect management to contact me immediately to resolve this.
