Hey so, @official_throne @ThroneSupport I'm deleting my throne page. I was gifted a Linkin Park album and it was ordered May 20, it was supposed to arrive on July 8. I asked for a shipping update, it still hasn't arrived, now it won't allow me to ask again or CONTACT ANYONE. 1/4

I have a bone to pick with @official_throne, someone bought me the I am Gia jacket off my wishlist in June, and they wouldn’t give me the tracking number until 7 days AFTER it shipped, which wasn’t until after I left for my 15 day trip
Anyways, it’s apparently being held at the post office in the next seven days until it’s returned to the sender.
If Throne would’ve just given me the fucking tracking number when it shipped, I would’ve actually been able to pick up the package and I would have my jacket instead of having to fight to have it reshipped/credited to my acct
Fuck you throne, make it right

I love using @official_throne but there’s been multiple times where I’ve tried to gift people something via the app, only for them to say the payment failed but they still took my money and never refund me. Overall, they’ve taken about £100 from me 😞
I feel like it’s time to switch cause I’m just losing money. I tried to contact them and they didn’t seem to solve anything.
Not only that but they randomly deleted my address, aren’t ordering the gifts people send to me.

Hey @ThroneSupport it’s been literally 10 days with no response from your support team about my payment. It’s been “ready for payout” for TEN DAYS. Can you please do literally anything about this?

i hate that i have to make another post about this but it’s been 20 days since i sent back the switch2 for the refund and i still have no updates on it. the merchant ignores my texts or keeps giving me vague answers, and the throne support hasn’t been helpful at all. i understand throne is a small company and for that reason i have tried to be patient but this is getting really, really upsetting.
i sincerely don’t know what to do, and i am starting to get worried this won’t have a good ending. :(

THANKFULLY throne accepted my return request, so now i will have to send back to the store the switch and then hopefully i will get a refund because i would much rather have that and go buy the console myself. 🥲

Moral dilemma because I love throne but they were notified multiple times that a scammer using my photos is using their site fraudulently and they ignored me completely. @official_throne X even removed their accounts. Like where’s my lawyer at this point 🤣

. @official_throne your customer service is absolutely abysmal. I have been trying to get someone to help me figure out what happened to a payout that was supposedly sent 2 weeks ago. All your agents keep doing is regurgitating information that does not apply to me. How can I get actual help?
