@MaizeingPete This was a pretty good test to see this year. Was worth the wait till Nov(ish) but then it’s go time.

I have a rule of thumb that says whatever corn moisture is after 🇨🇦thanksgiving, it will give up 2 pts to get to Nov 1 and 2 pts in Nov. That’s assuming mid 20s start. Corn 30+ will do more and is worth waiting a bit. Looks pretty close again and not worth waiting for Dec harvest IMO

@Wilsonfarmgrain @KeithWells6 We use AgroFuze Zinc - seed treatment. It's combined with our other seed treatments at the bagging facility.

Boron and zinc deficiency showed up in tissue samples this year in corn and beans. Used foliar program to address Looking to add support in our granular broadcast this spring. What results have people seen

@Wilsonfarmgrain @KeithWells6 Kevin, we have found a nice advantage to putting Zinc directly on the seed as a seed treatment. Although it does NOT provide much or season long needs it's like that rocket fuel to get the corn seed out of the ground quickly and established early!
