I truly didn't expect DbD to outlast D2

It hurt to hear about Destiny. Have I played it lately? No. But it brought me so much joy. I wouldn't have my friend group, especially my best friend, if it wasn't for D2. She got to stand by me and my husband (also met through D2) at our wedding. That's my Fireteam for life.

Shout-out Destiny for introducing me to my partner and best friends I could ever ask for. Thanks for the memories

The people who complain about 2v8 making queues long never played the game before cross play. I spent plenty of nights in queue for 10+ minutes and then the lobby would crash instantly and start the timer again.

TW: Loss My heart is broken & I feel like a shell of myself. Just before Christmas I found out I was going to be a father. I was so excited, words can't explain. But unfortunately, just shy of 12 weeks, we found out we lost our little one. All I ask for is patience and grace.

Life update: I moved to Arizona, cut my hair and bought a PS5. Most importantly I still miss my wife very much

The DbD community ruined the game and I think most of the player base is too invested in a 10 year old game to realize it's okay to move on.

Went to see Sleep Token (an experience I still don't have words for), went to the zoo, and ate so much food. Packed a million things into 4 days but it was worth it to see them smile.
