What a day for @rampel_ryan he sets the school record in javelin at 158’2! Ryan finished second overall in the conference and first in the division! His discus PR of 144’1 was third overall in the conference and first in the division! Congratulations Ryan!

@rampel_ryan obliterates his PR from last year and throws 144’1 for a new PR and SB! It’s the second furthest throw in school history!

This throw of 150’1 last week for @rampel_ryan moved him to #4 all time on the school Jav list!

First flight of Shot Put is done with some great throws! Noah set a PR and improved on all three throws 33’3 is his new PR! Thomas a very consistent series of 37’s and Ty solid over 30!

Javelin is cooking today at Voorhees! Ryan double PR’s with throws of 145 and 150’1! Jacob double PR’s with throws of 119’6 and 121’7! Parker goes 99’3 for a PR! Shot is up next

Results are in for shot put, 5th place finish for our relay team! Garrett-36’10, Thomas- 35’6 and Ty- 30’6.25 Scoring points is always a good feeling! Great start!

Tough conditions for Jav this morning but overall solid performance Ryan-123’6, Garrett-115’1, Jacob 106’7 for his PR!
