I can't even talk about FF7 in an FF7 chat without someone snarking at me. Anyways, FF7 is the most controversial franchise of all time, and nothing comes close. Not even The Last of Us Part II. There's so much hate for it to a point that it wears me out talking about it. ⬇️

Even after this recent playthrough, there something that confuses me. The Loveless play clearly shows it as G Edition on reference to Genesis. However, the play bears little resemblance to what he was always quoting. Why the inconsistency? Thoughts?

I’ve said this a lot, but I’ll say it again people have to stop taking what critics say to heart about whatever media they’re interested in whether that’s a videogame, movie, tv show, anime, or whatever. The best thing to do is to watch or play the thing & make your own mind up.

I am far into Elden Ring to have gotten the hang of it...mostly. My lifetime training of overlevling and grinding early has been a godsend. While I am enjoying it more than I thought I would, from the bottom of my heart I miss my JRPGs.
