Did you know? Jingran has the MOST likes in WuWa JP and EN's Official X— but not unexpectedly, the least liked character in CN. I see why we have low amount of male characters in this game

@Thyle1903 @Jingranology I've been playing the game since launch too and I've never seen any information suggesting that Japan or global is Wuthering Waves' primary market. 🫢 The one proof we do have is the fact that Kuro only releases 1 male per region, which obviously caters to CN.

@Thyle1903 @Jingranology "Ignore them" and it's literally their biggest market and home country. If JP actually mattered more than CN we would've gotten more male characters by now, which is obviously not the case. You don't need a brain to understand that CN is kuro's biggest market.

@loav_ii @Jingranology Other than China and those extreme waifubu, hardly anyone wants things to be that way. Even many players who mainly prefer female characters still want a few male characters in the roster, so they can save their resources for the waifus they actually want.🙂

@Thyle1903 @Jingranology You're overthinking it. The most important factor still lies in the revenue. The male characters have always had less revenue than the female characters, so the scarcity of male characters has become an inevitable fact.
