And, they can't be held responsible for everything that happens in India cricket. And that too, for ever. Move on, sir. Every generation writes its own history. With its own talent and skill set. Sachin Tendulkar is still a go to person for this generation. Rahul Dravid had enough time for the U19s to coach them, VVS Laxman is looking after the next generation. It is people like these, and those that seek them out, that make for a strong system.

@bhogleharsha This process of transitioning should also be reviewed. Age should not be a reason for someone to be dropped. Performance should. And if you wanna give an opportunity to a newcomer it should be done keeping in mind who is going out soon and given opportunities accordingly.
