月之暗面总裁张予彤在北大光华的一场对话中，披露了这家约 300 人公司的多个内部细节。 组织方面，月之暗面全员不设 title，组织层级极度扁平，任意两人之间最多隔一到两层。岗位边界也刻意模糊：做预训练的可以转后训练，做算法的可以转数据，做营销的也能去做模型评估。张予彤的解释是，人的底层智能能力相通，不该被标签定义。 招聘上，月之暗面已经在用 AI 面试系统筛选候选人。系统不看学历和专业，重点看两件事：一是能不能提出原创的好想法，二是愿不愿意为一个想法疯狂迭代。AI 系统会记录候选人迭代了多少次、用了什么不同思路、什么时间还在尝试，从中筛选出「有抽象能力和偏执」的人。 产品战略上，张予彤明确表示 Kimi 只做生产力方向，专注长程、复杂、高经济价值的任务，不做娱乐类和生活类产品。她还提到 K2.6 开源时已适配华为昇腾芯片，并认为推理算力需求正在爆发。 谈到开源与安全的关系，张予彤直接点名 Anthropic：「如果你认为模型有风险，那么它掌握在少数人手里，风险可能会更大。」月之暗面选择走开源路线，逻辑是让更多人参与比封闭更安全。

Happy Horse is not even Seedance V2 fast level, and in some cases, even worse than Kling V3 and Veo3.1. Any platform or individual who pushes it as the best model or the top of the benchmarks, or who says you still need it, is a scammer. This is the first time I have seen Alibaba use these scam tactics openly.
