Walking down a sidewalk filled with tents. I wonder if anyone agrees this is technically an ADA violation. Imagine being wheelchair bound.

It shouldn’t surprise me that Multnomah County DA Nathan Vasquez is more interested in prosecuting a federal officer doing his job than prosecuting the far left criminals that assaulted myself and Katie. It is Portland after all. Where right is wrong and wrong is right.

Breaking: Oregon AG Rayfield Demands Feds Cease 'Unlawful Actions,' Cites DHS Excessive Force in Letter and Threatens Prosecutions of Federal Officers– Move Seen as Bid to Hamper Immigration Enforcement and Protection of ICE Facility. Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield, joined by district attorneys from three Portland metro area counties, fired off a strongly worded letter Nov. 24 accusing federal officers of excessive force and threatening state investigations that could lead to prosecutions of federal law enforcement, an apparent overreach aimed at shielding illegal immigrants from deportations and rioters from federal prosecution. The missive, addressed to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, claim a pattern of disproportionate force by DHS/FPS officers around Oregon, in violation of state laws. Rayfield warns that the Supremacy Clause shields federal agents only during the "reasonable discharge of duties," not beyond, and vows to refer any oversteps over for criminal prosecution. This is classic blue-state meddling, especially amid the Trump administration's renewed push for border security and deportation of criminal aliens. With DHS ramping up operations to protect its federal facilities and enforce immigration laws ignored under prior leadership and in sanctuary states and cities, Rayfield's demands will embolden anarchists and hamper agents' ability to maintain order - a possible echo of the chaos of 2020 Portland riots where the Federal courthouse faced months of attacks by the far left and after a long summer of attacks against the ICE building. . The letter mentioned incidents near Portland's ICE building, including DHS personnel allegedly teargassing their own ranks, Portland Police Bureau officers and Oregon State Police. Portland infamously banned the use of teargas in the midst of the 2020 riots that ravaged downtown. It also cited a case where a federal agent struck a local PPB officer with a munition, much of it captured on DHS video. Rayfield references testimony from the recent trial in State of Oregon v. Donald Trump, where senior DHS and Portland Police Bureau leaders reportedly admitted under oath to excessive force against nonviolent protesters. The claim that DHS testified to using excessive force is politicized spin, given the context of defending federal property against repeated attacks by far left agitators and regular unlawful incursions onto federal property. Beyond the protests, or riots depending on the night, the letter mentions immigration enforcement actions that were reported on in local media. In October, an unmarked van with armed agents stopped teenagers at gunpoint at a Hillsboro Dutch Bros Coffee drive-thru, prompting 911 calls from locals unsure what they were witnessing. Last week in McMinnville, agents reportedly smashed a 17 year old U.S. citizen's car window during a lunch break arrest, taking him into custody for previously interfering with federal officer immigration operations as part of a local “ICE watch” group. While Rayfield insists this isn't about undermining federal duties but restoring trust, it's precisely that: a sanctuary state ploy to deter DHS from deporting threats to public safety and quelling the nightly riots at the ICE building in Southwest Portland. Rayfield's demands include: 1. Halting all unlawful actions against Oregon residents. 2. Mandating training for agents interacting with locals. 3. Coordinating with local police to safeguard protesters at the ICE building. 4. Probing credible excessive force claims. 5. Cooperating with state investigations.

The housing prices have been skyrocketing since 2012 in Portland, especially SouthEast which was a very nice neighborhood at one time. It’s scary to think how much of this wouldn’t have happened if Blackrock and Hedge Funds left the housing market alone. Once people are forced into homelessness they’re lives rarely ever get better than before the crisis that caused it

This is Kai a quadriplegic living on the streets of Portland. I’ve been working with him for about two years and in this video he just wanted to say thank you for the awareness I’ve raised about the streets. His suffering is bad but he’s always had a good attitude. Pray for him.

@JackAttackalope @kevinvdahlgren We keep hearing this and it is simply not true, rental prices in the tri-county area are lowest in MultCo and we have the most homeless. Enforcing the camping ban revealed that there are an incredible number of people with warrants out for their arrests.

What is Antifa? The far-left movement gained attention after Charlottesville, Virginia clashes in 2017. Now President Trump is designating it a terrorist group. Here’s what to know.

Yet publicly, the Chair of the Portland Elections Commission told OPB they were ‘stunned’ by the judge’s decision. But just days earlier, staff had emailed Commission leadership that their lawyer believed the judge was empathetic to arguments reducing the penalty. That gap between what they knew privately and what they said publicly erodes trust in the system.

In 2022, City bureaucrats fined our campaign $77,000. We appealed — and won. An Administrative Law Judge ruled we followed the rules, based on the ‘overwhelming weight of expert testimony.’ So why did City officials act shocked by the decision? Their own emails tell another story.

@ThomBradley8 @Oregon_GOP Except for the fact that driving is the most dangerous thing Oregonians do everyday and unmaintained roads will make it more dangerous and it is something they should have been funding all along.

@Oregon_GOP It would be very wise of the Oregon GOP to come down like a ton of bricks on the Republicans that voted with the Democrats especially Cyrus Javadi. There was no excuse for any Republican voting with the Democrats. That needs to be severely disciplined.

We would like to commend the 23 Republicans who stood with everyday Oregonians and fought Tina Kotek and her super majority. Your message of fiscal sanity echoed through the halls of the Capitol and throughout Oregon. And to the one “Republican” who decided to side w/Tina Kotek..
