@MireMarke I got one the other day that said, “I really like your concept, but your first pages just aren’t where they need to be which doesn’t make me want to read more.” 🤣 I’ve had several requests off those pages, but it made me laugh!

So many rejections today! One was for a query on an old MS I sent a year ago, bringing today’s total to 5 (6 if you count the 2 rejections I got from the same agent a minute apart). Agents are cleaning out their inboxes! #WritingCommunity #amquerying

@jcmorganauthor Same. This one is going on 8 weeks and I haven’t received a response, while others around me have, so I’m hoping that’s a good sign for me! Or, maybe I won’t get a response at all, which often happens!
