In 2009, I lost nearly everything when my house burned down. But I rebuilt my life through service — first as a soldier, then as a Trooper. Hard times don’t define us. What we do next does.

The JP court touches real lives: landlords and tenants, families saying goodbye, neighbors resolving disputes. It deserves a judge who listens first and rules with respect.

I was truly blessed to celebrate with a dear friend as he had his new home blessed in Holland. Moments like this remind me how important faith, family, and community are.
