Zimbabwe has no extradition agreement with the UK. That means Mkhanyisi Tshuma could have stayed in Zim (as a fugitive) and been arrested there without having to be taken back to England. He chose to come to South Africa. Do with that info what you will.

This comes after the same parliamentarian recently made another submission in the Junior Parliament, requesting that the Junior President provide an iPhone 17 Pro Max to every member. He argued that the phones they currently use have poor-quality cameras and produce blurry images.
