@TicketSwap Goedemorgen, ik word om de haverklap uitgelogd op m'n Ticketswap app. Erg vervelend als ik op een ticketalert klik. Voordat ik dan verder kan moet ik eerst weer opnieuw inloggen in m'n account. Dan is het 9/10 keer al te laat. Heb de app al eens opnieuw geïnstalleerd.

@TicketSwap apparently I should be able to do this but I don’t have the options in the instructions? There is no way to contact any kind of live chat or helpline to get this sorted

@TicketSwap kunnen jullie iets doen aan het lotingssysteem? Ik krijg letterlijk honderden pushberichten voor 1 festival, elke keer met een teleurstelling. Wat een super slechte gebruikerservaring. Ik stap echt met alle liefde over op een concurrent zodra die er is.
