Are cloth reusable face masks subject to VAT? What are the rules? HMRC said "I'm afraid all we can do is point you to the guidance. I cannot tell you if your item does or does not meet the criteria. Section 10 covers the types of PPE covered." @TickleTotsNappy can you help?
