@loosewomen I’m recovering from ED (waiting to see a specialist for over 6 months, having to do it all myself) I’m in 2 minds about it. Not great for people with anorexia, but people should be educated about what is healthy. Calories is only part of the puzzle. Nutrients should be listed too
