I've tried reaching out personally to keep this one on one but with the fact that i have been ghosted for almost a year now and i have still not received my refund, i feel the need to speak out and bring attention to this. I commission this person for a total of 40 emotes back in November of 2023 for my 2.0 debut, i never ended up getting my emotes due to the artist dealing with some personal things, they sent out an apology doc to clients back in March of 2025 explaining why they had ghosted people. Everyone, myself included were given the option to either give them a chance to finish the commission or request a full refund which is what i ended up going with, i requested the refund. i have tried to reach out a few times recently in regards to this and get my refund but i have not heard from them since May of 2025. My main issue is i think its EXTREMELY wrong that this person is still taking commissions to this day and i have yet to receive my refund I've requested or even just hear back from them. Now this isn't anything small, i got 40 emotes and i paid quite a bit for these and to be out of all that money and not receive my refund or a response back is beyond frustrating and i cant sit back and stay quiet about this anymore. 🧵 👇
