No high expectations. Why? That's BINI's 1st global stage. We never claim to be globally relevant and prominent. BINI still has a long way. Making a dent in Coachella, however, is a good start. It's not black and white, be-all, end-all. It's not overnight. Sabi nga ni Shee, kahit 5 Blooms lang makita nila, itotodo nila. If you tone down expectations, little to no crowd is no problem, especially in Japan where BINI will perform for the first time ever. BINI had no single events in Japan. No official fandom. No guestings and promotions. No fan meets. Nada. So why would we expect more? And that's the beauty of it, if BINI gets a huge turnout after all. If not, then so what? Festivals are for introduction, regardless of the crowd. Getting one is a huge already. Like how BINI started with 1, 8, 63 and now millions Blooms in PH. We started from the ground up. From scratch. More than the number of crowd - there’s something special that needs to point out. SB19’s 12,000-15,000 crowd is a crowd of engaged audience. They’re singing, chanting, & jumping. I’ve sat in SOMBR’s performance with bigger audience later in the afternoon but most people were sitting in the lawn, chatting, eating not even facing the performers. There were no loud chanting or screaming even when he went down to the crowd and back and forth with a flag. Looks like there were many people but they were just sitting to take a break.
