Ich bin aktuell auf Kreta. Gestern Abend waren wir zu zweit essen, direkt an der Hafenpromenade. Grillteller für 2 mit verschiedenen Fleischsorten, inklusive Zaziki, Pommes und reichlich Pita. Dazu 4 Bier und 1 Espresso. Gesamtrechnung: 60€. Bei meinem örtlichen Griechen hätte ich allein für das Essen ohne Getränke schon mehr hinblättern müssen, da - Kleinere Menge - Weniger Fleischauswahl auf dem Teller - Kein Pita inklusive Ich verstehe schon, warum immer weniger Leute den Griechen im Ort besuchen und sich dafür lieber einen ordentlichen Urlaub gönnen, wo alles vor Ort preiswerter ist.

If you count Uruguay and Colombia for Copa then you can also count Croatia, Norway, Switzerland in addition to the 8 big ones. (England, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal) In other years Denmark and Sweden.
