I really dislike that a red card means your team plays a man down for the remainder of the game. That feels like a very excessive penalty. Sure get kicked out of the game, but allow somebody else to come in. #WorldCup

@caroljsroth One version I’d start with is if you fail an audit and can’t track down where the money went, it’s automatically deducted off the next year’s budget, clearly you don’t need it. Then introduce a rule that managers who come in under budget get to keep a percentage of that money.

I don’t want to hear any politician ask for one more tax dollar ever. I definitely don’t want to hear them ask when they’ve neither reclaimed the trillions of dollars lost to fraud nor created a mechanism to stop massive fraud the future.

The #USMNT team lost in the round of 16. The last time they did that in the US the MLS was formed & over the last 30 years it became a 30-team league. I’m excited to see how soccer will grow and hopefully not have to wait another 30 years for the #WorldCup to return to the USA.

That England vs Mexico game was intense, down to the last second and THEN some. Incredible win by England down a man and in Mexico at altitude. #FIFAWorldCup

Since Take Me Home Country Roads has become the unofficial anthem for this World Cup and especially the #USMNT, I vote if they make the final, the championship game HAS to be played at West Virginia!
