Tom Brady wanted to transfer out of Michigan. His sports psychologist told him to go ahead.
Brady whined to Greg Harden that he wasn't getting reps. The odds were stacked against him. He was looking for a way out.
Harden laughed at him.
"If you want to leave, go ahead. You haven't done sh*t here anyway and no one's going to care if you go."
Brady stayed, and the rest is history.
