On 8 October the government is set to introduce reforms to tackle 45,000 backlog of cases in the Employment Tribunal. Due to the backlog, some of the hearings are now listed for 2022. #employmentlaw #justice

That said, employment rights have been eroded too far - The Women & Equalities Committee of the House of Commons got that right. Lets hope that the next government is listening.

NDAs are not appropriate in many sexual harassment cases (see publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm201719/cm…) but our experience is that some victims want confidentiality. We agree with @jamesladdie QC that is important not to throw the baby out with the bath water.
