I haven’t said much about it until now. One day I’ll have the words, but for the moment just know this past year has been one of the hardest, maybe the hardest, I’ve ever walked through. And yet, like He always has, God has met us in every hospital room, every unknown, every place we didn’t think we could stand. Even tonight, I find myself on my knees again, asking Him to meet us still. Because although we’ve come a long way, there’s still a long way to go. And my prayers, your prayers, every whispered prayer in the dark — they matter more than you know.

I woke up expecting a normal, busy day with my three daughters. My 6-month-old Charlotte had an eye appointment for her crossed eyes. The doctor noticed something unusual and sent us for an ultrasound. At the hospital, my husband joined me during the scan. As I held Charlotte, he saw the screen and said, “that’s big.” Doctors found a tumor behind her eye called retinoblastoma. It explained why her eyes couldn’t straighten properly. I felt overwhelmed, shocked, and full of questions. They recommended an MRI and possible chemo and surgery. All I ask is for prayers for baby Charlotte and our family. ❤️

It’s an honor to wear this jersey and be a Trojan. God is GREAT, blessed beyond measure to be where I’m at today! #FightOn
