In all my life I have never seen anyone become great by worrying too much. You think too much and it’s even affecting your health bro, life is hard I know but focusing on what you can control will solve 50% of your problems. A wise man once said that once you’ve identified your problem then you’ve already solved 90% of it. In life there are many things you can’t control, like which country you were born into or your experiences in life. Forgive yourself so that you can grow and I didn’t say “don’t think” but think only about things you can control and come up with a solution to it. GM 💜
