When auctioneers sell items at ABC auctions, they put a RESERVE PRICE on items being auctioned. Any bids below the reserved price are declared "No Sale". It's time we put RESERVE PRICES on tobacco being auctioned based on its Grade. Buyers have to bid above that PRICE to buy it.

Last day of December is the last day for destroying all tobacco seedbeds. This prevents carryover of diseases.
