BEYOND URGENT!! 💔💔💔💔💔 🚨 douglas is STILL at the shelter and can be euthanized at any moment without further notice. we don’t know if he was extended until 5 pm like some of the other dogs today. he needs an immediate exit NOW before it’s too late 💔 VIDEO JUST TAKEN!! please contact the shelter immediately if you can save his life and keep sharing/networking for him urgently. 🚨 DOUGLAS SCHEDULED FOR EUTHANASIA TODAY MAY 15 🚨 douglas came into ARC shelter on 4/18/26 after being found already microchipped, though sadly his owner did not come to reclaim him. since then, he has been sitting in the shelter waiting for someone to notice him again, to choose him again, to give him a place where he doesn’t have to wait behind kennel bars anymore. in the kennel, douglas is described as kennel stressed and declining, with barrier reactivity when people approach. it’s the kind of response that often builds up in a confined environment where excitement, frustration, and stress have nowhere to go. but once he’s outside of that kennel space, the notes shift in a very important way, he is people friendly. he can connect. he can engage. he shows that there is still a social, receptive dog underneath the stress of the kennel. he is a dog who needs understanding more than judgment, and space more than pressure. a dog who is still there when the kennel door opens, even if the kennel itself has made things harder for him. douglas is still waiting. today, may 13 at 5pm, douglas is scheduled for euthanasia at ARC shelter, california, if no one steps up for him. he is a german shepherd, tan and black, neutered male, 2 years old. #a008021 IMPORTANT: If you have any interest at all, please reach out to them now! That call could save his life! ARC OF THE INLAND EMPIRE 1630 Shearwater Street, Ontario, CA 91761 Phone: (909) 321-1080 info@arcinlandempire.org Rescue@arcinlandempire.org

LAKELAND, FLORIDA IS POLK COUNTY FLORIDA…THIS RESCUE NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 FAILED BY A RESCUE and scheduled to be killed at Polk County Animal Services!! Rescue Paws FL do right by this innocent dog you failed! His name is #JACK #A2328974 and he was pulled from Palm Beach County in April by Rescue Paws FL aka Amanda Lipman. Placed in a home with 13 OTHER DOGS and a child! His shelter notes stated he had mouthy behavior, overstimulated behavior with other dogs and not suitable for playgroups. Of course this was while he was at the shelter and very typical in a shelter environment but this rescue took him and put him in a home where there are 13 other dogs and a child. This same person who was fostering him just had multiple dogs removed from her property by Polk county who were under Lakeland pitbull Advocates! What responsible Rescue would place a dog like this in a home like that? Within 24 hours of this dog being in that home an incident occurred. The dogs were barking. Jack got scared. The foster ended up getting attacked and 13 dogs attacked Jack. Jack was blamed for the injuries, which I find extremely questionable. The articles want to blame the foster dog on the attack to the foster however, those 13 dogs were not her personal dogs and I guarantee multiple dogs were involved. This was not their fault. This was the Rescue ‘s fault for placing that dog in this home and the foster’s fault for taking in 7 more dogs in addition to her seven when she just had several dogs removed from her home! Stop blaming the dog and the breed because I see that’s what’s happening in the comments of these articles! There is always more to the story and in this case here it is! HOLD THESE IRRESPONSIBLE RESCUES ACCOUNTABLE!!!! POLK COUNTY 3195 Dundee Rd Winter Haven, FL 33884 Phone #863 324 5227
