In Japan, children clean their own schools.
Every day. After lunch.
About twenty minutes.
Classrooms.
Hallways.
Toilets.
Not because the schools are too poor
to hire someone.
Because in 1947, this country decided
that cleaning your own space
is part of becoming a person.
The cleaning rag
is on the school supply list.
Right next to the pencils.
Egypt teaches it now.
So does Indonesia.
So does Mongolia.
Think about the last time
you watched a seven-year-old
mop a floor without complaining.
Japan does that
in every elementary school
in the country.
Not as punishment.
As education.

@VividProwess @marklevinshow Not a word from our pastor … we left the church and found one that cares about fellow believers.
Also, our former pastor despised Israel and Jews (just like Candace and Tucker and …). It seems the two things kind of go together.

Parents … please obey God’s Word.
We have a generation of adults whose parents failed to love them properly.
“Whoever spares the rod hates their children, but the one who loves their children is careful to discipline them.”

Do you want to read some sobering words from Jesus?
What are you doing today???
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.”

I just finished an interview with Brad from Across Nigeria… and honestly, I’m sitting here stunned.
Today, he buried 14 Christians in a mass grave.
Two were infants.
One was a 4-year-old child.
And this isn’t some recycled internet story or political talking point. Brad was literally there today helping bury them. While on the way to investigate one attack, another Christian community was attacked. He said the violence is happening so fast they can barely keep up anymore.
What shocked me even more is this:
Brad shared that 72% of all Christians killed worldwide last year were killed in this region of Nigeria.
72%.
And hardly anybody is talking about it.
The mainstream media should be all over this. Instead, most people scrolling social media today have no idea our brothers and sisters in Christ are being slaughtered while churches are being forced underground.
Guys… this matters.
Please watch this interview.
Please pray for these families.
And PLEASE share this everywhere you can.
At this point, WE are the media.
WE are how people find out.
WE are the distribution network.
If enough ordinary people start sharing the truth, eventually the world will have to pay attention.
Watch the full conversation and help us get this story out.

@DrFrankTurek Many of us Evangelicals think faith without works is just fine. In fact, some of us seem to think “works” are the worst thing a Christian can do.
“In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.”
James 2:17 NIV

Do you “fear the Lord?” Do you understand that the angels & all creation cry, “Holy, holy, holy”?
Then you MUST hate evil.
“To fear the Lord is to hate evil; I hate pride and arrogance, evil behavior and perverse speech.”
Proverbs 8:13 NIV

@RichA99522238 @Wesley_Todd_ I can 100% agree with that statement.
English

@TimeToWakeUp247 @Wesley_Todd_ There is nothing intrinsically wrong with emotional praise music, our emotions were designed to be expressed and there is no more fittkng time to express them than in praise to God.
English

@RichA99522238 @Wesley_Todd_ It might be a symptom or it might be a cause … the result is the same. Following a Jesus who is not the Jesus of the Bible.
English

@TimeToWakeUp247 @Wesley_Todd_ I didn't say it hasn't been feminised but the root cause isn't the increase in emotionally driven music or anything like that. Its bad theology (especially around ecclesiology) and weak leadership.
English

@WadinginPursuit @antstark7 @Wesley_Todd_ @BroSpencer I do not disagree with this thoughtful answer. May God bless you!

This is a conversation worth having — but around a table, over coffee, with care. Not in a public pile-on.
I’ll say this: I am confident that in certain seasons, Jesus has been exactly that place of rest and comfort that a woman might otherwise look for in a husband. Not as a substitute for what’s broken, but as a genuine filling of what’s empty.
Imagine sitting across from a woman you trust. You gently ask about her relationship with Jesus because something in it concerns you. And she tells you. Maybe it’s a heartbreat. A husband’s diagnosis. A loneliness that doesn’t have a clean explanation. And in all of it, she found rest in Him.
That kind of intimacy, the kind the world can’t manufacture or explain, is sacred. And there is something profound about a woman discovering that the yearning she has carried for so long is simply… met. In Jesus.
English

@chrisunthank @Wesley_Todd_ Nope … but that doesn’t mean that the sentiment isn’t there. Nuance matters.
English

@TimeToWakeUp247 @Wesley_Todd_ Nowhere does this song say Jesus is her boyfriend…
English

@CoachTuck_ @Wesley_Todd_ “Bride” is not “boyfriend.”
Let’s not add to scripture either.😀
English

@TimeToWakeUp247 @Wesley_Todd_ Lol we ARE indeed his bride according to scripture. Can't pick and choose parts of the Bible, it all coexists in sum, not in parts.
English

@RichA99522238 @Wesley_Todd_ If you don’t see that the Church (along with American society) is being feminized (along with egotistical … it’s all about me and my feelings/well-being) they I don’t know what to tell you.
English

@TimeToWakeUp247 @Wesley_Todd_ Re-read what i said. At what point did I say Jesus is our boyfriend? You are making wrong headed arguments here.
