New Asset Finance Deal Alert! 🚨 We recently supported a new start engineering business with a £203,500 Hire Purchase facility to acquire a Yamazaki Mazak CNC Machine. The machine was a crucial investment that will allow them to service contracts they had newly secured and kickstart their business. The structure of the deal was key. By approving the funding with a VAT only deposit, we were able to significantly reduce the upfront cost and help protect the business’s cash flow during the early stages of their journey. 💷 Congratulations to Abbie Mosley for completing this deal 👏

New Invoice Finance Deal Alert! 🚨 We are pleased to have provided a £325,000 Invoice Finance facility to support a business specialising in security and crowd control services for the hospitality and entertainment sector 🎤. Another Business Supported with Asset Finance ✅ We recently supported a vehicle recovery business with a £340,000 Hire Purchase facility to acquire a 2018 Volvo FH750 Recovery Truck 🚛. The vehicle will allow the business to increase the number of recoveries they can carry out, strengthening their operational capacity and supporting further growth. The structure of the deal was key. With a low 5% deposit and VAT deferral included, we were able to significantly reduce the upfront cost and protect working capital from day one 💷.

New Asset Refinance Deal Alert! 🚨 We recently supported a customer with the refinance of a Tadano Faun ATF50 3G Mobile Crane, providing a £219,388 facility to replace their existing agreement. 🏗️ By refinancing the crane over 7 years, we reduced their monthly payments by more than £700. That substantial saving each month, immediately improved their cash flow, giving the business greater financial breathing space. This deal is a great example of how reviewing existing agreements can uncover valuable savings. Refinancing existing assets is a great way to potentially release additional cash flow into a business.
