Roblox has officially announced app themes, profile backgrounds, and avatar frames as part of new features coming soon to Roblox Plus.

Most of you underestimate how much Roblox's moderation has been improved and how fast they review reports. I've reported 3 bypassed usernames ingame, 2 of them got reset in just 30 seconds of reporting.
