All strange how you all follow this case over 4 years but learnt nothing. 1. For Legal Aid(LA) cases, only LA decides on whether to appeal after an internal assessment on prospects of success. 2. LA often appoints different advocates 3. Full court record, exhibits and docket is available to appointed lawyers Mnisi and all these lawyers play on your naivety

Now that we are most probably heading for an appeal, the defence must ask for copies of the record on a daily basis. I wont be surprised when it comes to appeal time and we are told that certain sections of the record were damaged and were irrecoverable. #SenzoMeyiwaTrial
