Nehru, wrote such petitions many times though he was imprisoned in 5 star jails.. Savarkar was awarded double Kala Pani imprisonment whereas none of the Congress men was awarded even once. After release from cellular jail, Veer Savarkar was under house arrest for a decade. Don't refer to things out of context.
